Twice before in a planet 3 miles away from earth. Was bigfoots little brother big head. big head did a lot of brain farts and it smelt like cheese,gas,a sock from year 14 and a zombies brain, to  his  big  family  a.k.a  64,000 people loved the smell of it except for big nose. Suddenly blues clues came out and said “people think i couldn't talk well they're wrong woff..woff woff  woff.”  

After a while big-feelings stepped on a fly and he felt so sorry he committed suicide but before he did he  said  “WHY!!...”

then bigfoot came back to Monsters Incorporated and was banished again for returning.
